Applied online. Received an email the next day to come for an assessment. 26 people and they picked 10. Started off with a few lines about yourself and a fact about the person on your left. Then a group activity to jott down 7 questions you'd ask a customer who needs help buying a present. In the end a presentation on yourself. Relaxed environment and very jolly assessors. Just be confident and do engage with the assessors.

it was a group interview, you had to introduce yourself with a name and 1 interesting fact. then you did team work activities to show you interactions and communication skills.
