The interview process was fine and I was asked standard questions. What I was surprised by was their lack of professionalism at the end. I made it to the final round and was told they'd make a decision by Monday and let me know. All of Monday passed and I didn't hear back from them so I followed up. Tuesday morning they let me know they were still deciding and to expect to hear back from them by the end of the week. Didn't hear back from them at all afterwards.
