The interview process was comfortable, one on one. We discussed the common connections that I have with the person who conducted the initial phone interview. We discussed my past work history and how my skills might benefit Mortech. We discussed how the job was not a traditional SysAdmin position in that it will be more involved with DevOps. We discussed the overall requirements that will be expected from the person(s) hired.
