After application, I was contacted by a recruiter via email & was asked to respond to a series of questions. After responding to the questions the recruiter set up a phone interview with the Lincoln office. I was asked to interview in person twice. The first interview was small, the second larger. Both were focused on personality, work ethic & experience. No strange "what color would you be" type questions. You could really tell they were more interested the type of person you are.
