Entretien
The interview started with a phone screen, I was the then invited to an in person interview with the director. The interview was a group interview and then it went into individual interviews with the unit managers. After that I was told by the H.R lady that I would be notified about the decision by the end of the day. The interview went very well with the nit manager.

I went through a 3 part interview. On the phone she ask you basic questions on skills, group talks about yourself and experience, and one on one with head nursing manager. Be passionate about nursing. You might be ask about certain scenarios
