Mel was wonderful at giving me my interview. I was nervous but she put me at ease and was warm and understanding. I left feeling hopeful and like we had had an almost informal chat to gather information from myself as to whether I would fit the role. However she was also very professional and asked me scenario questions and customer service question which I answered to the best of my ability
