J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morningstar (Chicago, IL) en sept. 2023

The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we had a 30 minute call. After that she sets up time with the out of state contacts (CM)O, CRO) and if you make it past that you have an on-site interview at the corporate headquarters in Chicago. She was nice enough but a bit forgetful and had to be reminded a few times to formally schedule. She found me through LinkedIn but forgot about reaching out to me and had to be emailed a few times. She had to be reminded to confirm meetings and calls. She didn't answer emails and kept me waiting two and a half weeks after the final panel interview to get back to me even though I sent several emails. If it's no that's fine but to keep a candidate waiting that long without an update means you're not doing your job. I like the company a lot and the people I met with were very nice and professional. While I would have liked an offer this experience left me a bit salty and while I was a candidate I am also a customer of Morningstar.

The interview process took a long time, over 2 months before they flew me to Chicago for the final panel interview. I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the sales leadership team and felt that it could be a good fit. The front end initial interviews with their Talent Acquisition team was very clunky, and very poor and confusing follow up as well. However, in my email that they sent me about coming to their HQ in Chicago, and what I needed to do to be reimbursed for the travel. I interviewed in Chicago on 10/2/23 and emailed in my expense report on 10/3/23. It is now 11/13/23 and I have NOT be reimbursed yet. and I have attempted to follow up now 2 times since this happened and heard back from no one.
