The hr selected my profile through naukri.com. first apti. Operational round. Manager round. Hr round. Please read all the glassdoor reviews for this role and then only apply for this post. Operational round was little tough, behavioral as well as domain questions were asked. Managerial round was related to companies policies and job role. Hr round was just a formality. I'm from pune, the job location was navi Mumbai. My parents didn't gave me permission. I joined another MNC.

Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
