Got selected for aptitute test which had english, quants and logical reasoning. Day 4
Cleared the test
- attended their candidate information session Day 5
- interview day First round cleared Second round cleared Day 9
Received mail that i have been selected Day 12
Offer letter received Day 15
Joining is from Day 25
The process is slow and they dont provide feedback to not selected candidates
For freshers their pay is fixed
Everything is very structured and they are very professional at what they do

Study about ESG as much as you can
depending on who is taking your interview questions can be tough
interview and all is not hard its just slow
and because of current market situation they have way too many applications so they select the best ones you may be rejected even after the fact that you are good
Overall positive atmosphere. Everyone seems friendly and nice which made it comfortable and stress free. The process was well structured. There was 3 interview rounds, first one being the group discussion (case study on facebook) . Second one was an interview with the manager and the third round was an interview with the HR.

What do you consider as your biggest accomplishment?
Can you tell us about any situations you had to face and how did you handle it?
Interview process was good . They ask mi simple question about job role ,financial statements and and other relevant things . Aptitude test was simple and contains 30 question for 30 minutes.
