I will be sharing my experience . I got call from Morningstar in last week of Feb 2021 and they asked about My expectations which I said 'X' amount and told them this is non-negotiable . They were Ok with it and they schedule the Interviews. 2 Rounds of technical interviews and 1 Manager they completed it within 10 days. And Then to schedule HR round they took more 7 days and after completing the HR round I was following up with them, I didn't got any call from them and they told me that they are working on my offer again they took 10 days to get back to me and suddenly they told that there will be one more round With QA director . I was really frusted but gave that round as well. They told me to be patient for 1 more week and don't give interviews I agreed on it and after more than one month without discussing they send salary break up on 5th April 2021. And on that break up amount was 4 lakhs less than the amount they agreed on. There reason told to me was budget issue. If i was clear on my expectations from day 1.I end up spending more than a month with this recruitement process and getting nothing in the End. In spite of all these things I politely declined salary break up and they did not even show the courtesy reply on that email. Obviously i was not expecting offer from such fraud company but still they could have sent some email saying thank you , Best of luck something like that.
