I found the ad on indeed and simply reserved a time to meet with the hiring manager. I spoke to her for approximately half an hour before speaking to a manger for another 30 minutes or so. They were very kind and informative about the position, and I recieved an offer less than 48 hours after the interview was completed.

They asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully to my answers, and seemed genuinely interested in my background, experiences, and what I had to say. The conversation felt natural, and I appreciated that they gave me room to explain myself instead of just running through the usual stereotypical interview questions. Overall, it left me with a very positive impression of the firm and the people I would potentially be working with.
