It was a GA position so it was pretty straightforward , I got the role as a student of the university .the graduate school sends a contract to the Hr on your behalf

The process was informal and haphazard with substantial lag time between conversations. The process involved a series of phone calls spread out over months. It did not recieve priority attention.
