3 rounds in total.
1st round with a lead half an hour long. 2nd round with 2 devs for technical discussion, 3rd round was coding with another 2 devs.
The question were open ended and no structure for the interview as well. It felt more like an interogation of a criminal with rapid questions being asked one by one on the technical discussion. I asked them what is their role and working on, not a single one of them were excited or happy to express their intrest in working at the company.
Got the feedback that i dont have architectural depths, but there was not a single question to explore about architectures. Not enough room for the candidate to explain the thoughts as well and inexperienced interviewers as it felt like they themselves do not know what they are looking for in a candidate.
Felt like an interogation of a criminal rather than interview.

The role is for ios development yet, they asked leetcode and gave a feedback i dont have architectural depth. I suppose candidate was to structure thier code on the leetcode.
Great processes - 4 interviews and one presentation. Over all found it fair and enjoyable . Was tough but think it was the correct process for the role and I’m glad that I took part.
