J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2017
Entretien
I was contacted for this position by a headhunter who thought my profile matched the required skills.
After a telephone interview (basic IT questions which any infrastructure engineer would know) I was invited to their Canary Wharf office for a face to face.
The interview was conducted by the IT VP for Quality Assurance and two of his team members. The interview went well and was not too technically difficult. (lots of questions on VMware). I left feeling positive having spent over an hour with them discussing future projects and challenges they face. They really wanted to know why I want to work for MS.
Sadly, after the interview is where MS have let themselves down, I did not receive any feedback following the interview. Considering I took 1/2 day off work (at my own expense) to meet them, they have not had the respect to contact me to inform me that I haven't got the job. That has left me with a very sour taste for MS and I am disappointed with the HR team and the hiring manager, very unprofessional.
