Second Round Telephone Interview. Mix of motivational, competency and technical questions. Interview is with a junior banker in the team. Approx 30mins over the phone at a pre scheduled time.

There was a tense atmosphere among the prospective interns who were all in the waiting room for the assessment centre. The interviews were tough, but fair. Lots of technical questions in the first round. The second round was more about fit. The third round was an assessment centre comprised of two fit/career interviews and one business buy-side M&A case.
