I applied online and about a week later i was invited in for an Interview. The person was very cordial and explained I needed to meet the division manager in another week. I met with the division manager and he asked about my background as broker and my prospecting techniques. I was told to formulate a business plan and come back in one week. I went to work ad put together a plan which took about ten hours. I came back showed the div manager my business plan and more importantly my time management schedule. I was told they would move forward with me,however I would need to meet the district manager. The district manager was tough and somewhat confrontational however I preceived it to be a method to see if I was tough enough for the job. I then went back to the div managers office and he stepped out to speak with the district manager. I was told that I was hired and that I could start once my background check came back. The background check took about one month.
