Experience is very disappointing. After having 4 rounds of interview, they don't have a simple courtesy to write an rejection email mentioning the rejection reason. I think they simply hired someone from internal reference, Hence had no reason to give me in email. But it is not expected from a company like Morgan Stanley. I heard they do this sort of behaviour with most of the candidates whom they decide not to proceed with.

The first 2 round went smoothly, before the 3rd round there were many red flags but I ignored them. Panel was a solution architect based out of Mumbai. My virtual interview was at 4 pm on a working day. I wrapped up my work reached home somehow only to receive a call at 3:59 saying panel is busy with work. 2 days later i was asked to come to their office only to find out it is the same panel and he wanted to conduct the virtual round from office! It started with panel saying this is a system design round since you have already answered coding questions in previous rounds throughout the interview he asked me repeated questions as if he was expecting some text book response. I explained everything with analogies and technically as well. After the interview hr told me that panel has to consult with the previous panels, as if he is not aware about their feedback. Only to get a rejected status after couple of days.
