J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley (Montréal, QC)
Entretien
After applying through the company website, I got a first call for an interview with an HR representative. The interview lasted 30 minutes, and the recruiter genuinely seemed wanting to help me: -She presented the company; -The recruitment process; -She hinted at the salaries. After that, I presented myself and experience. After that, she told me that if my resume is short listed, someone will call me back. I guess I wasn’t short listed because I got no call.
Great processes - 4 interviews and one presentation. Over all found it fair and enjoyable . Was tough but think it was the correct process for the role and I’m glad that I took part.

I recently had a telephonic interview focused on technical concepts such as Core Java, OOPS principles, Multithreading, and String usage. The interviewer asked in-depth questions, especially about real-time implementation of multithreading and memory handling with strings.
