30-minute phone interview with an Equity Research Analyst, I was asked about 6 questions and after I had the chance to ask some questions myself. Very friendly interviewer, she was very helpful and explained how the interview would be structured. I didn't get the offer and she was surprised, so can't have been all bad!

One with HR and another with a trader working for Morgan Stanley. First was competency based whilst the second focuses more on technical knowledge. Both assess motivation for the role.
