I had applied online, and about a week later was contacted by HR on the phone. They did a brief screening, and then moved me to the next stage - meeting the person who would be my suporvisor. Before the interview, I filled out an application and they requested writing samples. The in-person interview went well. The interviewer and I hit it off, and he stated that he wanted to bring me in for next steps the following week. After sending thank you notes to the interviewer and the others I spoke with, I never heard back from Morgan Stanley about another interview. I reached out to several people I had made contact with, but still no response. They never contacted me even to reject me.
