There are 10 rounds of interviews starting from numerous telephonic rounds on java and DBMS . There will be interviewrs who will check your complete knowledge in just 5-10 mins . I would say that intelligent people in right place . however seems of bit micromanagement as no one is decision maker. Everyone will pass on their feedback and then it will be reviewed .Each technical round can include people from different area-You can have Dev people in QA interview and vice versa. I could say a very good process with in interview .
