3 stage process. First an informal phone call acting as a screener with questions about cv, job profile and company. Followed by a 30-45 min phone interview and Assessment Centre consisting of two interviews (the second more tricky than the first one) and a group exercise with a presentation. The questions focused mostly on competencies, teamwork, leadership, difficult situation etc. Knowing the job description, the expected daily tasks and company profile important too..

The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.
