Thorough online tests before being invited for a telephone interview. Upon passing this I was then invited to the assessment centre. After this it was around 6 weeks before I heard if I was successful or not.

I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
