3/ Phone interview: basically ask you competency questions and go through your CV.
4/ Assessment centre:
- Group exercise: make a choice about technology solution to be used in a project.
- Interview: competency questions (again) and then technical questions, mostly about object-oriented programming.

None of them is tricky to be honest. The question that made me pause a second was "What was the most challenging thing in that experience?".
It was a transparent process that assessed you on your behaviours and how well you are with working with others. It was heavily focused on your skillset and your transferable skills.
