Applied at an on-campus university career fair. received an email later saying that my resume was selected, and to select a time for phone screening. The phone screening was 2 30 minute interviews back to back. One interview was to solve a programming question. The other interview the guy asked me about a bunch of terms and I had to tell the definitions.

3 stages: phone screening, technical, and immediate supervisor. Felt challenging enough, yet interviewers were always helpful and comforting. Questions were always professional; interviews were well structured. Possibility for candidate to ask as well.
