Online application then a short video interview through HireVue then Super Day interview with several employees, like an analyst, associate, and two vice presidents, and managing director. Mostly behavioral questions, not many specific technical ones.

it seems that the interviewer was not interested by my resume, asked a bunch of questions about bond and public finance.
