J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) en mars 2012
Entretien
Consisted of: 1:1 Phone Interview - broad - asked "What does an investment bank do?", relevant experience, basic stuff. Very easy going. Received an e-mail the same day asking to come in for the superday. Superday consisted of two 30 minute back-to-back interviewers with 'good cop'/'bad cop'. Then, getting into a group with 4 other interviewees and given a business problem - how to design a road map to relieve congestion in a crowded city. First they told us to separate into two groups, then halfway through told us we all had to merge together. Finally, present design to interviewees (who are all standing around the room watching us like lab rats), all must talk. Then, go around the room and say who was a leader and who you would want to work with.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Name a difficult situation you experienced
Give me a time you showed leadership
If you knew you wanted to go into Finance, why didn't you go to the business school (? this one threw me off..)
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley (Seattle, WA) en juin 2026
Entretien
The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.

Question 1
One of the questions that stuck with me was "Why Parametric?"
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall

Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.
