I applied online, and then the first round interview was conducted by phone. The phone interview was very informal, mostly just questions like "why are you interested in finance?" "what positions would be ideal for you?" etc. About a month later, I had three 30-minute one-on-one interviews. Most of the people that I spoke with were quite friendly and laid-back. One interviewer was a bit pushy and cocky and didn't seem particularly thrilled to have to do the interview, but the rest were rather engaging and welcome to questions. Definitely have some questions ready for them, because they left plenty of time to ask questions and seemed almost as interested in what sorts of questions you had to ask as they were in your answers to their questions (this was the case in every one of my interviews, at least)

What do you think about the Greek debt crisis? What impact do you think this will have on the markets? Any solutions you suggest?
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
