I applied in early November and got invited for face to face interviews after 2-3 weeks. I had 2 interviews of 30 minutes each, 1 with a guy from the UK coverage team and 1 from the FIG team. It was mainly based on my profile and past experiences, they also wanted to see that I had a great understanding of the role and how I can contribute.

The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by technical and competency-based interviews with members of the ECM and FIG teams. Questions focused on capital markets knowledge, recent IPOs and rights issues, valuation, and understanding of financial institutions. The process was challenging and required strong market awareness and preparation.
