University Recruiting, exchanged greetings, immediately was told the hiring criteria is changed and hiring only developers!! Not expected from MS!! Came prepared for a Business Analyst role within the technology division, ended up being told most of the hiring is only for development. The behavioral questions were asked from a sheet of paper!!! The interviewer just wanted to get done for day and felt the need to rush the process.

Test Data Structure & Algo and CS fundamentals. It is a pretty straightforward process, and the interviewers are nice.

Two back to back interviews 45 mins. Asked technical questions about OOP and software development concepts as well as some behavioral. I heard back a few weeks later. Overall smooth interview process and fair.

Hire view interview where they asked 3 questions about new trends in technology, what experiences have readied you for this position. Received two tries per question and time to think about answer, only gave 1.5 minutes to answer each question.
