The experience was positive, but the starting salaries are very low for a prestigious school. It is hard work and very high expectations, but the salary offered is more of a volunteer position.

Describe the different kinds of students you’ve worked with, and how do you continue to develop your skills as an educator to be the best version of yourself?
Had an opportunity to teach an actual class and debrief with the students and observers. Also had typical interview sessions to see if there was a personality fit. All staff and leadership were polite and thoughtful
