They baited and switched me. In the screening, I was asked my salary requirements. I gave a number, was told one slightly lower. Decided to move forward despite the difference. Then the offer came back $10k less than the number I had been given by the recruiter. They then refused to negotiate with me. Complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional. That said it was a pretty straight forward process, a screening call, then a video interview, then an in-person interview.
