I applied online, and received a response to set up a phone interview quite a while after (it was during holidays). Had a phone interview (screening) and then another phone interview with the hiring manager. From there, there was an in-person interview with some of the management and team. Everything was very professional. I was made an offer the next day. I am impressed with the interview process and company as a whole.
