After an email exchange, they scheduled the interview. The interview was with the VP of Strategy and the Director of Analytics. After some typical questions (like "Tell me about yourself and etc."), they opened PowerBI and asked questions about it. They had some data, and without giving me time to read it, they asked me to create visualizations. I should mention that they shared their screen, and I had to tell them what to do. For the past year, I had been working with Tableau, so it took me some time to answer their questions. After 3 or 4 minutes, they mentioned that these were basic tasks and that I wasn't a good fit for the position, then ended the interview.
