I applied online. The first step was a ~20-minute phone call with HR, which included many questions about both my personal and professional background. Some of the questions were a bit unusual, such as whether I’m currently in other recruitment processes and what stages I’m at.
The second step was a 2.5-hour home assignment. It included interpreting graphs, suggesting relevant KPIs, and providing explanations both in writing and via a recorded video. There was also one SQL question.
One-hour interview with a team lead for a position at the Coin Master studio:
The first 30–40 minutes focused on my personality, professional background, tools I’ve worked with, and similar topics.
Analytical section - the interviewer drew a table on the whiteboard with three columns: user_id, date, and spins. I was asked to suggest several KPI's based on this data, interpret graphs, and answer one SQL question.
Overall experience: Very positive. The process was respectful, professional, and punctual.
