The interview process included an initial phone screening followed by an on-site interview. While the environment at the office was pleasant, the interview itself felt unstructured and not very clear. The interviewer was polite, but the flow of the conversation was somewhat confusing, and the questions didn’t always match the role description. Overall, the experience wasn’t very positive, even though the place and team seemed nice

The process includes a phone screening interview, once you passed it you will get a home assignment with a limited time for execution which includes knowledge of MYSQL + some scenarios based on the product behaviour.
