Very Good Experience , I like the interview process.
It was lengthy process( But considering for SDET , i am fine with it ) with first online test which comprises of 5-8 programming questions out of which you need to do at-least 4 questions.
After that there was a technical round which went for another 1.5 Hrs , but the way technical panel(comprises of 2 Persons ) is asking the questions , it looks like that they have a good idea of what they want from the candidate ,if you are not able to tell the syntax of a program ,thats fine for them , they are only looking for the logic and in conclusion it was a good experience in attending the interview .Though it was a lengthy process, still the way HR, interview panel and other staff treated the candidate was something which i felt was awesome.
They released offer immediately with good salary, within 3 Days after the interview, but i declined it politely since i got a offer from my hometown location.

I have attended interview in moolya recently for an opening in SDET (automation). I see general posts about moolya. When I read posts on glassdoor, I felt may be they are putting it out because of frustration of not getting a job in Moolya. But trust me guys, it is true. Moolya is just a show off company. I took a week time to post this.
I was informed by agency that I will sure be appointed as there was some understanding and transactions which were already done.
My interview was scheduled in the morning hours. With all hopes of getting job in MOOLYA, I planned for half a day permission in my current company. The best part of it is HR and the person who was expected to take my interview were more than an hour.
Interview was very average, where very basic questions were asked to an experienced guy. I worked in MNC’s but I was not on bench for long time. You can easily understand if you see my resume.
Let me tell you guys.. It is all just a game between the company and the agency. I understand if corruption happens in big companies for jobs. But for startups where people expect to learn many things?
My overall suggestion about MOOLYA is just a moon from earth. Don't even try, it is only good from far.
Dear Candidate,
I am sad to hear this experience of yours. I admit our failure. We definitely don't fail like this often. We have learnt from this failure and have refined our hiring process. Thanks for teaching us the lesson - the hard way.
Our biggest success shall be - if you were to reapply in future and then tell the world that this company is not what I thought it was. Best wishes and if you would like to personally connect with me - please do so and I shall be happy to refer you to places that are scouting for talent like you.
