Interview Process Description The interview consists of two main stages: Stage 1: Online Task Candidates will first be required to complete an online task. This is designed to assess your problem-solving skills and technical understanding relevant to the role. Stage 2: Face-to-Face Interview This stage takes place in person and involves several rounds: 1. Initial Problem-Solving Round You will be given two questions to solve. After successfully solving both, you will be given a third question. Upon solving the third question, you will immediately be given a fourth question. 2. Senior Technical Round A senior team member will conduct a detailed technical interview to evaluate your in-depth knowledge and approach to complex problems. 3. Managerial Round The final round will be with a manager to assess your fit within the team and organization, as well as to discuss your experiences, goals, and expectations.
