They contact you through email to set up a phone call with Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner who asks few behavioral questions. If you pass this part of the interview, you are contacted from their chief engineer through teams app. Sadly the camera was turned off on their end due to confidentiality issues, which was a bit disappointing. If you pass this interview, the final interview happens on site (Goleta, CA) where you are interviewed by the chief engineer and someone below him. This process takes about 3-4 weeks for interview process to happens and an additional month to get you back with either rejection or offer.

Initial waiting period was slow with some phone contact from the company. Once I was identified as a candidate, the process moved fairly quickly resulting in a panel interview. Stress seemed to be placed on culture fit rather than technical ability which seemed potentially reasonable. I find it valuable that you interacted with many people on a given team during the interview and most attempted to provide a realistic review of the company; however, I can't help but wonder what a longer "job shadowing" type interview experience may have offered.
