Three-contact process -- first was in contact with the recruiter via email, then had an interview with the direct report, and then another with other managers in that division. Questions were very behavioral and straightforward. Learned a lot about the position during the call.

People who were interviewing me were super nice and friendly. They really put extra effort to know about me more than what was on my resume. They thoroughly explained the job description and what they were expecting.
