Firstly, a phone call with the HQ in NYC. Then, I had more interviews in the office answering general questions about my resume. Finally, I had to prepare a real analysis for one company selected by them.

Possibly the least professional interview process I have ever been apart of. HR utilizes AI to schedule calls, but manages to not show up and needs the candidate to remind them of the call. When I interviewed with the Managers, one Manager would not even turn on her camera for 90% of the call (she was traveling during the Interview) and asked ZERO technical questions. I would stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. In the movie “The Big Short”, they depict the person working at the Ratings Agency as “blind” having just got done with eye surgery. I would say this is a highly accurate description of the people who work here from a hiring process.
