The interview process was good. But the HR's in this company are really unprofessional. (I don't want to take anybody's name in personal). They call candidates and didn't respect the time of them. They also need to be given trainings on behavior aspects. Rude, don't want to listen other person views, always authoritative, and don't go on their own words. They even do mistakes in email writing, like wrong time & date for interview, and after that they blame the candidates. Very unprofessionalism.

Some basic behavioural questions but then very random questions. Out of the blue, not expected at all. I wasn't aware of which region I was interviewing for so wasn't prepared to answer questions on LATAM or EMEA

Two interviews: One with the recruiter and one with a team leader. The discussion with the recruiter was very motivational, the team leader's discussion was more technical. 30-35 minutes video interviews both.
