It's usually over phone and takes about 30 minutes. They will ask you to go over the things in your resume and then will describe to you the position. You don't really have to describe why you are fit for the position, but try to align your pitch along the lines of the role.

It was okay. not much to say. Weird interview questions. Employees seem competitive even with an intern. Asked me what functions i knew on excel which was strange considering the role.

The interviewer was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The entire process, from submitting my application to being shortlisted for the position, was incredibly smooth and well-organized.
