Very simple process, good people, however, they will tell you exactly what you want to hear before ultimately shooting you down. I have never interviewed with people who essentially tell you they will offer you the position and stay posted for next steps because they love what you bring to the table, to only say, “hey someone internally wanted the position so we gave it to them instead” Just be honest, transparency is key. I feel like i now dodged a bullet from a dying company.
