One of Monolith AI's talent team members reached out to me on LinkedIn. After a brief call with some basic Python questions, they scheduled me a 20-minute repo review interview with two engineers. After passing that, I had a standard technical interview with two engineers, and finally a soft skills interview with their leadership team. At this point, I decided to withdraw from the process.
