Interviewed by the head of recruitment. Really friendly person and good Interviewer. It was not an easy interview and definitely was not prepared well. The interview was online and had my video on, involvement in teamwork was a very important topic.

Consists of a technical assessment followed by multiple rounds of interviews. The assessment is based off of both data analysis and finance. The interviews are more for Monocle to understand your character.

Entretien
There are 5 stages in the recruitment process and I am currently in my second one. The first one was an online recruitment competency assessment test, it was 45 mins 60 questions. It was not so difficult, easy to write it is just that one needs to be quick when writing and mustn't take too much time on one question.
