Got through several stages including coding assessment and take home. Assignment was about designing an order book efficiently. Had a chat with the CEO after and resulted in an offer.

They pivoted me into a different role that a headhunter submitted me for. The coding interview went really well and then they told me that even though the interview went well it seemed obvious that I wanted the first role more and that was not the case at all, I thought that the second role was much better. I sent them an email about this but of course they didn't even care to respond... Very unprofessional in my opinion
