I had two interviews. One with HR simple and quick. The interviewer was very friendly and communicative. The second was with a director discussing mostly about my previous experience. The experience during the interview was great but there was not follow up from their side. I did follow up with them without any reply. It's ok to get a rejection but please communicate. We also invest our own time in your recruitment process.
