I applied directly through the MV careers page and was contacted by HR quickly. The whole process was very quick with great communication before and after each stage. I had 3 interview all via Google Meet and was asked to complete 2 assessments. Enough time and flexibility was given for these. The assessment gave me a chance to show case my skills and I really enjoyed it.
