Recruiter interview, Hiring Manager interview, two technical interviews. I went up to the two technical interviews and then HR got back to me saying that the hiring manager does not think I'm technical sufficient for the role. Interviews were easy going. All done through zoom. tech interviews were focused on one question each. first one was programming. they asked me to code FizzBuzz and asked me few OS related questions. Second one was a scenario where I had to identify a RCA method.

I had a wonderful interview experience with MongoDB. Total of 6 rounds (4 technical & 2 Manager/VP) were conducted. Though it looks little lengthy process, after each round you will get to know more about the company, their products and their expectations for this position. The technical rounds were quite challenging, you will be questioned mainly on network, OS, storage, I/O troubleshooting and if any programming skills you possess. You can expect both direct and scenario-based technical questions. The Job description provided in their website are accurate. Manager and VP rounds were mainly focused on testing your soft and behavioural skills. All the interviewers were very professional yet friendly. I would really thank the recruitment team for their valuable inputs which were quite useful for me to prepare and perform well in all the rounds and also would like to appreciate them for making the whole interview process seamless in this pandemic situation.
